Gym version:
A set of long looped resistance bands. (Pull Up Package #2)
A set of short looped resistance bands. (Red, Blue, Green)
Pull up bar.
Medicine ball.
Large exercise ball or furniture sliders.
DBs and Kettlebells.
Suspension trainer (TRX or similar)
Adjustable bench.
Barbell and squat rack.
Barbell Landmine.
Cardio equipment - Assault bike, rower, elliptical, treadmill, etc.

We don’t think the key to improving your surfing will have anything to do with wacky balance drills or endless pop-ups on a taped “surf board” outline. They way you get better at surfing….is to surf. To surf at your best, you must have essential elements in place before hitting the water.
We build strength, power, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness to turn you into the most athletic version of yourself. This helps ensure you can get in the water any chance you get.
Imagine becoming a stronger paddler. Catching waves becomes easier. Getting back out to the lineup is quicker. You can catch more waves each time you surf. That's how you get better.

The SPF training program is made for anyone that wants to surf more oftren, catch more waves per session, and have more fun doing so.

Our training methods are similar to those used by many of the top athletes is various sports. Our aim to improve your overall athleticism, improve your overall health and fitness, and make your body more resilient. By doing thes things you will be able to surf more often and catch more wave per session. If you do these things your surfing will take off.

Anytime! Sign up and get 7 days for free to test it out. You can jump right in and hit the ground running with the rest of the group.

SPF is an ongoing, monthly program. New workouts are added each month and video drops each week. You can join and quit anytime.

We have an option for both a fully equipped gym or at home workouts. the equipment needed for each is listed above.

Here’s the thing…only surfing will make you a better surfer. So the aim of this program is to give you the tools needed to make sure you make the most of your time in the water.

The main workouts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Secondary workouts are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Sunday is a recovery, fun day.
